Hangar wall/floor glitch

I thought people stopped doing this, but 4/18/2014 approx 14:40 pm EDT~ "Whenamanlovesawoman" player.13 ~ was hangar glitching, he drove a jeep to the backside and slipped inside. I should have just bombed him,lol. He still did it after i let him know that was against the LAW!!!!! I thought all the hangars had death-bubbles but i guess it still bugs on the Canal. Good gaming:)
